Refund policy
The short version
If we got it wrong, we fix it free. If it arrived damaged or misprinted, we fix it free. If you ordered the wrong size or changed your mind — that one's harder, and here's why.
Why we don't do "changed my mind" returns
Every item is printed just for you, when you order it. There's no warehouse of Grix shirts waiting for a second chance. A returned tee can't be resold — it would just be waste, and Grix hoards blankets, not landfill.
So: please check the size guide on each product page before ordering. Measure a shirt you already like and compare. Thirty seconds of measuring beats two weeks of regret. This is the closest Grix will ever come to giving advice.
What we absolutely will fix — free
Contact us within 14 days of delivery if your order arrives:
- Misprinted — wrong design, blurry print, colors gone rogue
- Damaged — holes, tears, stains, mystery crumples
- Wrong item or size shipped — you ordered M, we sent XXL (our mistake, not your optimism)
- Never arrived — see the shipping page for the lost-package window
Send us a photo of the problem (and the packaging, if it arrived damaged) via the contact page with your order number. You don't need to ship anything back — replacements are printed and sent free. If you'd rather have a refund than a replacement, say so and we'll do that instead.
Grix takes print defects personally. It's his face on the shirt.
Refund details
- Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank
- Shipping costs are refunded when the error was ours
- We don't refund orders that are delayed but still moving — see tracking first, panic second
The fine print
- Claims need a photo — "trust me, it's bad" is very on-brand for us but doesn't work with our print partners
- Replacements are always the same product and design as the original order
- If your region's consumer law gives you additional rights, those apply — this page doesn't shrink them
Something weird that doesn't fit these boxes? Contact us anyway. Grix has seen things.
